It is a 2-storey hacienda-type building, with a terracotta roof and whitewashed stone walls. The attractive gardens and courtyard feature many plants and trees.

The bedrooms are medium in size and are situated on two floors surrounding the courtyard. They are decorated in a traditional English manner, with dark wood furniture and floral curtains and bedspreads. All the rooms are slightly different in their décor but generally in keeping with a traditional theme.

The restaurant is buffet style and offers a variety of cuisine.

The lobby is large. It features attractive wood beams, a terracotta tiled floor, and whitewashed walls, creating a Mediterranean feel. There is a spacious bar area with ample seating adjacent to the reception area.

The hotel is set in six acres of Sussex countryside, within 6 miles of Gatwick Airport. Leave the M23 at Junction 10a, then at the roundabout take the junction to Horley and Crawley; the Hotel is 250 metres on the right. The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus service from/to the airport.
